I was dealing with my smart home system issues for a while. Had one technician who didn't fix it but mad a hole in my wall, another technician who disconnected my WiFi and didn't know how connect it back. By the time I was referred to Michael I was pretty exhausted and first thing I told him on the phone - that this is my last try, I warned him not to break my walls and not to disconnect anything. Micky, Georgie, and Liz are a wonderful team. Micky is super knowledgeable and trustworthy, he was available for every question and concern and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed even outside the regular work hours. He truly cares and made me feel safe. The systems he set up have worked perfectly since installation and I would gladly hire Audio Pro Direct next time. Thank you!
