I consulted with Audio Pro Direct on a small home theater project I was working on, and they were amazing. When the cool tech stuff you have scattered around your house suddenly stops letting you see or do the cool "smart" things it promised it would, Audio Pro Direct (ADP) is a great solution! Michael and his crew are excellent and can both install, and/or keep running, all manner of home-based gadgets ranging from security cameras to video doorbells, thermostats, automated lights and locks. When my long-time "home technology" specialist left the business, he referred me to APD. My first job for them was a tough one. My PoE (Power Over Internet) gate camera died and even as someone who considers themselves tech savvy, I just could not figure out why. Michael arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it perfectly. Score! APD is fast, good, and priced fairly. Give them a try. I think you will be glad you did.
I was dealing with my smart home system issues for a while. Had one technician who didn't fix it but mad a hole in my wall, another technician who disconnected my WiFi and didn't know how connect it back. By the time I was referred to Michael I was pretty exhausted and first thing I told him on the phone - that this is my last try, I warned him not to break my walls and not to disconnect anything.
