“I have never seen such a group of hard-working people. Ceja is much more than a group of construction workers, they are artists, and they are very conscientious about their work. I needed some wooden ceiling replaced, holes patched, house painted, cement repaired and sealed, among other smaller jobs around the house. I got three bids, and Ceja--believe it or not--came in the lowest bid. They did everything I asked for, as opposed to other companies that tried to talk me out of doing the difficult repair job of replacing part of a vaulted wooden ceiling. They quickly sent me an estimate. I signed the contract on Friday, and by Monday a swarm of workers descended on my house. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and worked through 100-plus weather. They used the best materials, and the workers treated my house with loving care, as if they were repairing their own. They went through the work with a fine-tooth comb, and did multiple inspections to make sure I was satisfied. And I can tell you I am definitely satisfied. Ceja does excellent work. They were in constant communication with me. Their accounting division was very professional. Special thanks to Roman Ceja, the general contractor; Oscar, the electrician; and Victor, the painter. Ceja is licensed, bonded, and got a passing mark from the Better Business Bureau. I wholeheartedly recommend using this company. I'm thinking of hiring them again to do more renovation in the future.“

“This review is long overdue. I recently remodeled our bathroom and the last thing to do was refinish the bathtub. There's a handful of companies on yelp that have both 5 star reviews and a large quantity of reviews ( in the hundreds). It's hard to make a decision, but the one thing that stood out is that unlike the other 2 companies that I considered is that Brett still has a ton of reviews even though he doesn't do paid advertising on yelp. I couldn't be happier with the work that he did! It was easy to coordinate a time with him and he was a laid back nice guy once I met him. He made sure to explain everything to me, ensured that I liked the color before starting, completely masked off the entire area to prevent overspray, and the final product came out flawless. You really cannot tell the difference between the refinished tub and a brand new one. Also, it's been over 6 months and the finish still looks great. Thanks Brett!“

Jim B actually has changed our pipes to inside the garage wall bc we were having frozen pipes issues for awhile as they were originally outside the side of our home. We had that take care of probably over ten years ago. Fast forward to present time in 2022 wifey noticed a crack in the bedroom wall just below our chimney. I noticed leaks due to an outside opening next to my chimney during last winter. I placed plastic over it for a temporary fix. I then called on Jim for an estimate to replace all the paneling on the chimney. Jim came out the following week after we accepted his very fair estimate. Jim is a perfectionist & backs his work completely. He works with his younger brother Jay & it only took them less than 3 days to finish replacing our chimney. We were grateful & happy with his work. He comes highly recommended. Support this local business as Jim has been building homes for over forty years. You won't regret it.“

“This landscape maintenance service has been caring for the grounds of the gated community I live in for several years now. They work hard to keep our cozy neighborhood green and well manicured! The Suncountry community is nestled in a not so positive part of South Sacramento. But as you enter the gate, it's like being in a "Stepford Wives" movie. Everything botanically related, is constantly maintained, trimmed, pruned, watered, fertilized, pest controlled, weeded, and beautifully colorized with flowers of the season. There's something about coming home from a long day at work and just admiring the lawns, trees and shrubs groomed to perfection. And the walking paths are always a pleasure to stroll through. The landscape crew are almost always present on a daily basis. Working hard, yet friendly enough to stop for a moment and wave at the residents, then, back to business like worker bees. I have very little to complain about our landscape services except that they sometimes blow leaves through the gates to the side yards (this I have witnessed myself), which is a little annoying because they aren't commissioned to do resident's backyards. So it is extra work for me to have to clean up all those leaves that didn't even come from my yard in the first place! But what a luxury it is to not have to maintain my front yard! Yes, I pay high homeowners association dues for this, so I can live in a neighborhood where the homes and the grounds look good at all times. It's my oasis in the hood!“
