This is an update to my review of 12/1/2021. Yes, the roof needed replacement eventually (the insurance company flagged it). We were under time pressure to get this done before the policy renewed two months later. Another shake roof was going to be ridiculously expensive, but Jesse walked us through the alternatives and we picked a high-end shingle. His crew and office folks are unusually nice, everyone made the quick timetable work, and they got me all the items the insurance company required (from a copy of the Sacramento City permit onward). I'm so grateful for the great job and their responsiveness to my needs.
I am very happy with my experience with Jesse and his team! Jesse's estimate was detailed and he is extremely knowledgeable, he walked me through what type of roof I had and the process that would happen to repair it (had two other roofing companies turn me down because of my type of roof). Jesse and his office have great communication, giving be progress updates along the way. His team arrived on time to start the project, they were very professional and polite and thorough in cleaning up everyday. I was very impressed with Ramirez Roofing from start to finish. Highly recommend them!
GREAT contractor!! Very competitive price. Great communication throughout, crew was on time and accommodating to roof HVAC going up and cleaned up well. Office staff was very friendly and informative. Overall, in every aspect, an outstanding job! Very highly recommend!!
