It was not an easy job, as I have an old door and it was not compatible with the new lock system. Marty was extremely professional and explained to me what the issue was, he spent a great deal of time not only installing the lock, but adjusting the entire system so that the door would be balanced and close properly. No detail was overlooked and he even fixed some of the issues with the system that were caused by the original installer. “I installed a new door handle/lock for my patio door, but the strike plate wasn’t lining up. They came within an hour and the job took less than 5 minutes. He shaved down the strike plate hole and installed a larger one to solve the problem. The total rate (inclusive of the $28 service fee) was $277. The only thing is that I wish I was given an estimate for the job over the phone when I called as I know my handyman could have done the job for less, but can’t argue with them arriving within the hour to do the job on a Sunday evening.“
