I recently called them out to make sure that a new door we had custom-made was keyed and installed properly. Frankly I did not trust my contractor to do it right. Lloyd made sure to let us know the issues with the hardware we purchased and came up with a solution that required altering the handles. “I installed a new door handle/lock for my patio door, but the strike plate wasn’t lining up. They came within an hour and the job took less than 5 minutes. He shaved down the strike plate hole and installed a larger one to solve the problem. The total rate (inclusive of the $28 service fee) was $277. The only thing is that I wish I was given an estimate for the job over the phone when I called as I know my handyman could have done the job for less, but can’t argue with them arriving within the hour to do the job on a Sunday evening.“
