“Wow! What a great experience. Marty showed up to my home after hours to help me install my smart lock. It was not an easy job, as I have an old door and it was not compatible with the new lock system. Marty was extremely professional and explained to me what the issue was, he spent a great deal of time not only installing the lock, but adjusting the entire system so that the door would be balanced and close properly. No detail was overlooked and he even fixed some of the issues with the system that were caused by the original installer. A skilled and knowledgeable technician that takes pride in his own work is a rarity, and something I really appreciate. No detail was overlooked. “After multiple failure issues with a Yale Assure 2 lock, installed by a general contractor then serviced by an inexperienced locksmith, I decided to call someone who knew what he was doing. Jeff answered my call on a Friday night and was at my house by early Sat afternoon. He installed a new electronic lock I'd purchased (same brand as the previous), duplicated keys for the lock on-site and worked with me to make sure the lock (via the app) was set up and functional. Jeff has years of experience dealing with locks and customers and took the time to understand what I was looking for and how to deliver. I'll definitely be calling him to upgrade the other locks in my home. Can't recommend him enough!“
