My husband called Tarzana Lock and Safe to arrange to have a new lock put on a side gate that would not stay closed when it is windy. Leo showed up within an hour ready to get to work. He explained my options clearly and I chose a mechanical key pad. He left to get the necessary equipment and came right back to perfectly install a necessary new door knob and the key pad. He helped explain how to choose the code and how to properly use the key pad. Leo was very professional and provided us with great customer service. We are so glad we used Tarzana Lock and Safe and I wish we had done this ages ago!
