I installed a new door handle/lock for my patio door, but the strike plate wasn’t lining up. They came within an hour and the job took less than 5 minutes. He shaved down the strike plate hole and installed a larger one to solve the problem. The total rate (inclusive of the $28 service fee) was $277. The only thing is that I wish I was given an estimate for the job over the phone when I called as I know my handyman could have done the job for less, but can’t argue with them arriving within the hour to do the job on a Sunday evening.

Ben was very responsive and came by our home within roughly an hour after our initial phone discussion. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained the work involved in providing a new, programmed replacement key fob. He was a joy to work with and completed the complex task in under an hour after his arrival. I would highly recommend having Ben do any locksmith work for you. He will certainly be my first call in the future if I ever again have a locksmith need.
