“November 2021 I had surgery from breaking 3 parts of my ankle and dislocating my foot from my leg. After 5 months of bed rest and physical therapy I was ready to start reversing this serious muscle atrophy I had developed on my left leg. I reached out to so many trainers and most turned me away because of my injury. Not Presto though! I walked into my first session limping and with limited ankle movement. He evaluated my ankle the first session while still getting a work out in. Every week he pushed me to do more and more even though I was scared he made me feel confident in myself. It's now been less then a year since I started walking again and I am now running and squatting with some weight when I was unable to even do a regular squat when I first started. Not only did my muscles come back in my leg, my ankle mobility is unbelievably good and now I have reached a new level of full body strength I never had before. My surgeon told me it would be at least 1-2 years before I would run again by the way. Thank you Presto for helping me recover way sooner than imaginable. I am forever thankful for your training and motivation.“
