I came in with hair that kept reverting to red and a weird, shelf of hair that made no sense. He went through the approach for the cut, potential costs, consulted neighbor hair stylists, and got started. I was there for 4 hours and had a couple of glasses of wine while I was there (they have a full bar!!).
