Plus One Spa is a clean and quiet establishment that offers solid massages at an unbeatable price. The spa features several private rooms for body massages and a few chairs for foot massages in the main area. The team includes skilled and caring massage therapists who provide a legitimate massage service, ensuring a professional and comfortable experience for all clients.
Upon entering a private room, clients will find a heated massage table and begin with sheets on before the masseuse exposes body parts for massage. These therapists use their arms, body weight, and strong hands to work out knots, and clients are encouraged to communicate if the pressure is too much. The lotion used is a thick, unscented cream, suitable for those with sensitive skin.
Although Plus One Spa does not offer a luxury experience like Burke Williams, it focuses on the essentials and delivers a successful massage. Clients can expect to find easy parking and few crowds during their visit. For a reasonable price, Plus One Spa proves to be a no-frills place that gets the job done, making it an ideal choice for those seeking an effective massage without the extra amenities. Many clients have praised the phenomenal massages, noting that the therapists tailor each session to meet their individual needs, whether for stress relief, muscle pain, or general wellness.
I got a massage from Kelly yesterday morning. She was great. I especially liked the compression first down the full length of my body. It gives the therapist a chance to feel what is happening before jumping into anything with oil/lotion. Her pressure was wonderful. I will be back! Easily a new habit to make a regular thing!
I've had 3 massages here, with 3 different lovely women. The 60 minute full body massage is a great value at $70, and they are super skilled. You can choose light, medium, or heavy pressure (my back is insanely tight so I always go heavy), and they typically check in on you multiple times throughout the session. So grateful for this place and how tranquil it is--60 minutes of meditation basically. Thank you all so much and can't wait to return!
I had an appointment with Cici last week. She is an incredibly skilled and caring massage therapist. She really knows how to find the tension in my body and relieve it with the right techniques. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much lighter. She tailors each massage to my needs, whether it’s stress relief, muscle pain, or general wellness. Her space is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
