After another company had told us it would be impossible to replace our 1970s original furnace due to very limited space, we had lost all hope until we contacted First Response. When Ivan came out to assess the situation, he assured us that they could make it work. Mark and his crew are very professional and abide by safety protocols, like placing non-slip material on stairs and sealing the work area to isolate any dust particles. Very pleased with the end result and now we can use the extra space for storage. “I cannot recommend this company enough. It is one guy and all he does is maintenance and repairs. What I like about this is he will give you the truth about everything and because he doesn't do installs he won't try to upsell you. If all you need is a repair or maintenance, please go to him because every other company we checked out told us we needed a new system, even though ours was only six years old.“

“Everyone at CALCOMS was helpful, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Owner Mike was able to come out same-day to quote repair for a nearly 40-year-old Trane Executive A/C. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of our (many) questions. The repair quote was reasonable, but newer units are so much more efficient that we also asked for replacement quotes. We decided on a new systemwhich was installed in less than a week! Mike also came back after a few weeks to make sure everything was working as expected and to address any follow-up questions. Now everything is cooler, quieter, and cheaper as our electricity bill is way down. “Called orange coast plumbing for the diverter valve in our shower. Henry and Rudy came to fix it. While they were here I mentioned I also had a problem with my drains in my back yard. We have had many plumbers out to look at our problem in our yard. And other plumbers not being able to fix it. Henry and Rudy said yes they can fix the problem. Soo happy with the. work they did.
