Nicholas & Frank installed our water tank filters and were wonderful, professional, quick, and very kind. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the system.

Shawn & Jeff installed our tankless heater and fridge line. They were just as amazing, fast, funny, and very thorough. What impressed us most was that they even followed up a few days later to check in. That really showed they care about their customers.

Quality Check – 5/5
Hector and his partner (sorry I missed his name!) came for the follow-up and were great as well. They diagnosed the pressure issue right away, fixed it quickly, and double-checked the entire system before leaving.

Office Staff – 3/5
The only downside was my experience with the office. When I called in about the pressure issue, the person who answered came across as rushed and a bit rude. She seemed frustrated and ended the call before I could finish asking questions. It may have just been a bad day, but compared to the amazing field staff, the office communication felt unprofessional.

A Few Cons

The salt tank was only filled halfway at installation. For a $16K system, I expected it to start full before we take over maintenance.

There was some miscommunication. our salesman promised a fridge line, but that wasn’t relayed to the installer. Luckily, Shawn confirmed and took care of it, but better preparation would avoid these issues.

Overall, we’re very happy with the system and especially grateful to the installers and technicians who went above and beyond. The field team is excellent, and if the office staff experience improves, this would easily be a full 5-star review.“
