I have loved the services provided through this company! The service technician Anthony was very kind, on time, and efficient. The ladies in the office who I had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone were extremely friendly and understanding. I had them assigned through my home warranty and as soon as the claim was approved they came to fix what was needed. I would use them again and recommend to others.

Comfy Air, and its owner, Paula, are an amazing small business in Apple Valley, CA. Their customer service is the best we have ever experienced from any company. Paula is so helpful, transparent, extremely quick to respond, takes her job seriously, is very personable, hard-working and very knowledgeable. She has been great to work with not only throughout having the installation of a new HVAC Central Unit, but even afterwards with the permits, HERS Test and needed inspection certification. She completes all the necessary paperwork for you and even comes to your house to start the process. Comfy Air was able to fix our fireplace just in time before Christmas!!! We bought our house in 2020 and our fireplace never worked; not having one has been bugging us for the longest and we finally decided to fix it for 2021.I’m very pleased with the work and the customer service we received. The technician came out and thoroughly examined our fireplace. First, he explained how our fireplace worked, then he explained the issue that was preventing it from lighting and then subsequently staying lit.
