ICS went above and beyond my expectations. Came to recharge my unit with R22, which their price loan was very competitive, we only scheduled for a “re-charge and go” due to everything being so expensive in daily life, and can went above that fixed a small leak that we had in our unit, as well as cleaned out our drain, which drains out all the condensation from the attic out, Ken was very knowledgeable and educated me through the whole process. Sometimes the companies w the least reviews are the best ones, don’t be fooled by the larger companies w hundreds of reviews, give this man a call. HOUSE IS COOL AGAIN ❄️ 🙂↔️
ICS is such a great company! They are reliable, knowledgeable and explain everything that is going on with your unit while they are working on it. Whenever I need service, they are quick on their response time and schedule it very quickly. Their pricing is also reasonable. I would recommend them for all your AC, swamp cooler and heating needs!
I had an AC/Heating unit installed last year. The fan went out and the original installer moved, but promised to get it repaired by an associate. It was in the dead of winter and the tenants had no heat. The previous ac guy stopped answering my texts and phone calls. I called Ken with a google search and I lucked out! He did the research to get the warranty done. He made improvements because the previous install was horrible with leaks everywhere. I still haven't heard from the previous ac guy. I guess it evens out - I get a horrible install, then get a fabulous installer with Ken. I wish I had used him last year. I will be using him for now on! Thank you...read full review
