Full replacement of outdoor evap cooler went smoothly. The new unit is working great, the installers did a great job. I feel like the price was a little higher than average but I have had some bad experiences with other places so I would consider it fair for how quickly they were able to do it. Some scheduling delays and someone delivered all the equipment and parts to the curb of the property and left it overnight without communicating with me. We could have put it in the garage or something if they had just called. So that's why they didn't get 5 stars, but I'll definitely use the service again.
