During a recent vacation in the Ventura area, a screw fell out of my Ray-Ban sunglasses on a hiking trail, causing one of the lenses to fall out. After finding your store online, I stopped in for help. I was quickly greeted by an employee who repaired the sunglasses in less than five minutes. She also took the time to clean and adjust them.
