The new LensCrafters is really beautiful. The technology along with the large selection combined with the exceptional customer service made choosing my new glasses a super fun experience. I'm lucky my company provides lenses and frames for me and even more lucky I get to find them here!! ❤🥰
I was assisted by ANGELICA who provided wonderful service. I have brought in eyewear in desperate need of proper alignment and adjustment. She was able to readjust my eyewear perfectly and she had high technical skill! If you have any questions, I highly recommend her!
The eye exam was quick and easy thankfully. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the optometrist or the one who did the initial tests for me, but both were very nice and enjoyable to work with.
Edit: my optometrist was Dr. Manfra, I believe?
What I can say with certainty is that Richard was extremely helpful when it came to speccing my glasses. Helped me with frame selection and gave me an absolutely inspired recommendation for what color of Transitions I should get. He helped make the process very enjoyable and satisfying, and now that I have my glasses I am absolutely enamored with them! Thank you so much, Richard!!!
