I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received at your store.
During a recent vacation in the Ventura area, a screw fell out of my Ray-Ban sunglasses on a hiking trail, causing one of the lenses to fall out. After finding your store online, I stopped in for help. I was quickly greeted by an employee who repaired the sunglasses in less than five minutes. She also took the time to clean and adjust them.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of this work was provided free of charge. I am very impressed with your service and will highly recommend your store to others for their eyewear needs.

This place is excellent for getting your glasses. I recently had my eye exam there, and the optometrist was very professional and friendly. The prices are great, depending on what you choose. Thank you.

Very welcoming and pleasant experience with Steven in the Ventura location. He looked up my insurance and assured I would get the best prices and coverage. Very professional and friendly. He helped to select the frames that looked good for me and the most current trends and styles. He followed up with a phone call to adjust when one pair of my glasses would likely be ready. Thumbs up as usual for the Eye Glass Factory!!
