Well I just want everyone to know that Ernesto Reyna is an efficient professional store manager. He is very efficient and quick with all my questions and he fulfills all the needs that I have for my family. I recently purchased some glasses that I happened to scratch in the first week and I called him and he had new lenses said within 3 days so I can make it on my trip this weekend to Colorado for the wedding. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and in person was very nice. Was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly helpful the staff was in helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I didn't catch her name, unfortunately (younger female with short hair and glasses). It was my first time needing progressive lenses and also separating reading glasses. She took the time to explain the different options and give me her recommendations. After watching me try on some frames, she was able to pinpoint the right shape for my face and grab other frames (and different colors) that she thought would work well. A+ experience!
