The owner, Jonathan Wagoner, answered my call the first time I called and was available, responsive and professional. After the house was remediated, Jonathan thoroughly documented all the fire damage that could not be cleaned so that I could prove the damage to my insurance company. He also had great resources he shared including a window contractor and environmental testing company I hired to retest the house for fire contaminants.
