MHS deserves 5 stars from my experience. I do most handyman work myself but routing a cooktop vent through an existing cabinet with no vent, through a load bearing wall top plate, into an attic with a "California joint"' over the wall, and up to and through the roof isn't a job I wanted any part of. I accepted their offer late in my time frame after an AC contractor balked at the cabinet and wall plate work. After Mellissa (very professional) heard my plea for help,They started the job next day! They repaired nut ceiling from water damage. They were good about putting down protection on the floors and items surrounding the damage area. Very polite workers. Listened to my issues. Fine workmanship. Cleaned up nicely. This was my second Tom using this company

Mike and his crew were cool people. He came with two other guys which initially I thought was odd at first and I was hesitant to hire him. They did a daily rate and in a certain time period they would get all of the work done. He said they would work for 7hrs and that rate would cover the 7 hours. They would get as much as possible done in that time. I had given Mike a list of things that I'd want done and most of those things were completed. Everything that Mike himself completed seemed to be quality work. I do have to say that there were a couple issues after they left that we ended up having to figure out on our own or fix.
