“Writing this review for my Aunt and Grandmother. Before the major rains my aunt and grandma we’re looking for a company to repair/replace a skylight on their mobile home. Other companies had been either exorbitantly expensive or couldn’t come out until summer of ‘24. Kenstruction came out, gave them an estimate and was able to finish the project in a great time! My grandma raved at how polite everyone was and how the site was cleaned each day. She’s 92 and uses a walker, so you can understand how important it is for clean walking areas. I saw the end product and loved the quality of the end product. Best of all Grandma has a leak proof skylight where she can enjoy seeing the sky during the days.”

I would like to post my review everywhere to recommend Mark’s team based on the excellent work they did in our house.Mark just completed a loft build out project for us. We are more than happy for the work his team did.Before we met Mark, we were in a tough situation. We were struggling to find the right contractor, and struggling to deal with architect, HOA and city building and safety department. Finally we have floor plan approved, the previous contractor we picked and paid deposit told us they only can do hourly labor based work since the approved plan is not clear enough to them or double the original estimation.Then we found Mark. He gave us very good impression. We decided to change the contractor for this project even we cannot get deposit back from previous contractor.I think this this the best decision we made since we started put effort on this project.We highly recommend Mark’s team.1. Mark has a lot of experience and well communicated to us for project schedule and detail2. His employees are very nice and work hard and very detail3. They completed this project timely, about 35 days including special material lead time in between and 4 times city inspections. And all inspections passed smoothly. My neighbor did same project 7 years ago and spent 3 months.4. For a structure construction project, they minimized the effects by put extra protection and constantly cleaning the working area.5.
