“I don't usually write reviews at all, but I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Innovative Construction & Roofing for a job well done. Thanks goes out to Kevin and his crew! I've had a leak on my patio roof for a while so I needed to replace it, but I also considered replacing my whole roof as well. Kevin gave me his honest opinion that I didn't need to replace my whole roof at this time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that didn't try to 'up-sale' me and try to sell me on something that I didn't need. So, I decided to just replace the patio roof. His crew was fast and efficient and they did a quality job - replacing the flat patio roof as well as replacing some boards that had dry-rot damage. In addition, Innovative Construction & Roofing went above and beyond and fixed a couple other areas of the roof that needed attention (e.g., sealing and painting the vent stacks and adding some additional flashing). I am very pleased with their work, and am now ready for the rainy season. Yay! When the time comes to replace the rest of the roof, I'll be giving them a call. We have had missing parts to our gutters for some time and it was finally time to fix them. We called rain gutters specialists and right away they sent over someone (sorry I forgot names) and he was such a knowledgeable man. He knew exactly where and what the issue was. He measured out what was needed took pictures and helped pick the best color to match. It was so fast and easy I was actually surprised how quick the appointment was. The best part is he gave me tips and information for maintenance of my gutters and that was beyond nice of him. He said to be on a look out for email with my quote and by the next day he sent one. “Best West Roofing did a fantastic job of reroofing my 1910 craftsman's slightly complicated roof. The old roof was not leaking but was 31 years old and it seemed best to replace it before painting the house. Best West is an independent company and Samuel the owner and I was in contact with him for every detail. He recommended a full tear-off of the old roof. Although I was initially reluctant to, I'm glad we did as it revealed some minor wood rot problems near the eaves where the gutters had failed. The entire job was completed from Monday to Friday, including tear-off, wood replacement and installation of the old attic vents with newer low-profile ones. Carlos and the crew were on time every day and always cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Samuel's bid was the most competitive of the 3 that I received and I couldn't be happier with the job but especially with the communication and rapport that I had with Samuel.“

“Our roof was over 25 years old and leaks had developed in the bathroom. We obtained a few estimates and contacted Preferred Roofing. Preferred Roofing replaced roofs for two other members of my family. Zach/Preferred Roofing came out to the house, examined the roof and explained our options. After we signed the contract, the project began approximately 2 months later (mainly due to my schedule). Project Manager Aaron was easy to work with and the project took approximately 4 days. The workers were very polite and cleaned up every day. City Inspector passed the work and noted the installers did a great job (how often do you hear that from a city inspector?). I would recommend Preferred Roofing for your project. They were responsive, and delivered everything as promised. I really like the low profile vents and the color (Weathered Wood- Landmark Pro Solaris).“

“Excellent service! Marco was professional since day one. I felt the job (changing a roof turbine) was too small for a company. But Marco came quickly, and saw that the turbine on the roof was loose. He tried to fix it on the spot but it was completely busted. He came with the new one, punctual as the first time, he did an amazing job using material that will last, sent me the photos of the progress and I was completely satisfied. He treated my small job as if it was something big. He was always on time, he kept me posted of his ETA, and the cost was very affordable.
