So a little history... I have a flat roof (!)on a 60 year old house in a high wind/fire area in the San Fernando Valley. During the last hurricane force winds we had a month or so ago my flat roof literally lifted and split into pieces down to the wood. IKON ROOFING was recommened by a family member who found them to work on a roofing issue in their recently purchased home in Burbank. They couldnt speak higher of Mike (the owner).
I still got multiple estimates, as you should, and IKON was very competitive. Mike responds to all email/phone calls personally almost instantly. (how refreshing).

Our project had several unexpected challenges (including finding a way to source out of manufacture shingles, dealing with the surprise of incomplete solar mounting removal, and twice adjusting the roof type at our request), but Michael's resourcefulness, tenacity, and professionalism made it a smooth process for us.
