Alex came out through our home warranty and honestly knocked it out of the park with our water heater replacement. He was on time, super professional, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless. We'd absolutely use Active Rooter & Plumber again even outside of our warranty, that's how good the experience was!
Alex came out through our home warranty and honestly knocked it out of the park with what we thought was a water heater repair. He showed up on time, and found out the problem was actually our gas being out. I was worried I would have to call someone else or pay an extra fee to do the repair since it’s technically not what I called for, but Alex said he could handle it. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and had it fixed within 10 minutes. We'd definitely use Active Rooter & Plumber again for any future plumbing issues we have.
Submitted a claim to our home warranty company on a Sunday when we determined that two toilets were not flushing. Received a call from active Rooter and plumber on Monday morning and Alex showed up at 10:00 a.m.. Alex was patient and methodical and diagnosed the problem and called for backup from Michael. They work together to clear the blockage with a minimum of disturbance to our house. They came well equipped to do this job and were very respectful and professional. Couldn't ask for more. Highest recommendations!
