As first time pet owners, we were beyond overwhelmed having a lab puppy in the house. We were so grateful for our training with Sam. She guided us through the training process and even made herself available for general questions. Now that Selena has finished her training, Selena is a regular for boarding. We love that the Selena is a part of Sam's family when boarding.

We brought our 1.5 year old mini australian shepherd to Rob for pulling on the leash pretty bad and aggressiveness towards kiddos. Rob was very straight forward (no sugar coating) about what we were doing wrong and how we can correct it moving forward. Pricing for our package was pretty reasonable compared to other trainers in the Bay Area and he made us feel the most comfortable and had the most expertise. On our first session he told me by the end of todays session, she will no longer pull on the leash and I kid you not - she never pulled on the leash again. I am so grateful to Rob for training me and my dogs. My dogs were 8 years old, litter mates, had not been taught recall or other basic commands/ leash etiquette, etc. They had also begun acting aggressive and unpredictable after our move to the bay area /urban environment. Walks became so stressful! When we began working with Rob, he was clear that he would work on managing the behavior and that they were taking their cues from me. I cannot say how much the training exceeded my expectations. Walks are no longer stressful and I am so happy to say we can go off leash on trails and the pups stick right with me.
