“My wife Olivia and I worked with Lisa many years ago, and she was fantastic. Her knowledge and passion for dogs were incredible. She used positive-reinforcement methods based on Pavlov’s theory — the idea that dogs learn through association. In simple terms, when a dog does something right and immediately receives something positive, the behavior becomes stronger. Which is a really effective!

I still remember her teachings for example the “3 Ds” — distance, duration, and distraction.
