Mari Mari Mari! This one is for you! She is amazing and I can't thank her enough. She washes and grooms my girl for me. She always does amazing and is very thorough. She also makes for easy conversation and just all around great customer service. To get an appt go in or call. They only have groomers and no washers yet so wash appts don't show on the app. I get the frustration but not fair to give them 1 star. When I first got her we also tried petco. They didn't clean her ears or cut her nails let alone trim anything. The top her head still smelled too. Since then we tried PetSmart and it's been a world of difference. This location is clean. First time at this location. Ana immediately welcomed us upon entering. She asked right away what we were looking for. She brought us to the aisle and suggested a few brands. Very pleased with the customer service and the place was well kept, very organized. I don't think a lot of people know this place is open. It wasn't very busy during my visit at about 2 pm. Check this place out if you live in the neighborhood. It's in the same mall where Target is. Just towards the back. Ample parking.

We had a return and no receipt. Because I had signed up for their 'club' my receipt was accessible very easily. The staff were very friendly and checked in on us as we made our way through their packed isles. Lots to see. Lots of items for sale.
