“My dog got sick Sunday night and I had to take him to the ER in San Leandro. The cost was honestly ridiculously high, and he had to stay overnight. The next morning I was given the option to transfer him for surgery elsewhere, but I only had a few hours to find a clinic that could take him.

I called 4–5 places—either they didn’t offer surgery at their clinic or they were too full to take our case. Thankfully, one place referred us to the PetSmart Vet in Dublin, and they were able to take us right away. The cost was much more reasonable (about 3x less than the ER), and most importantly my pup was safe and received great care.

Dr. Park was amazing—so compassionate, calm, and reassuring during a really stressful time. My dog is now in a speedy recovery, and I’m truly grateful for Dr. Park and the whole team. Highly recommend!“

I called in for a same-day appointment, which went well. They were punctual and knew my name when I arrived. The service at this clinic is noticeably different from PetSmart. I would recommend visiting here before visiting the other location. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable. He confirmed my bias and, after telling him how I was treating my pet, he ensured I took the correct precautions and also gave me extra info and med options. Steve B (the trainer) is great, and more importantly patient with my sometimes overly active dog.The class has helped my dog become calmer and less anxious. Dogs really enjoy this activity which requires the use of their bodies and there minds. Any breed of dog can participate. Awesome class.“
