“I have been a member for about 2 years. I love coming to a small gym where my workouts are supervised by a knowledgeable staff that won’t let me drag my feet when I’m not fully motivated. I especially like the routines that change everyday 8 weeks. It keeps it challenging and I don’t get bored. I feel like I am stronger and more flexible than I was 2 years ago and at 71 that is a good way to feel. Thanks FCF staff!“
