Logan and Raymond from Olson did a great job installing a water filtration system and flushing the tankless water heater. Logan went the extra step of insulating the pipes going from the water heater to eliminate the vibrations that we were hearing whenever the hot water was turned on. They were good about finding an alternative to the original plan of hooking up the system when the original plan was not feasible. When I told them that I needed to replace a bathroom sink and asked if they could let me know the size of cut out I needed for a new sink, Raymond went out of his way to not only do that, but he also took pictures of the discontinued 20 year old sink to see...read full review
Day started with no hot water. It was not a good day. After many calls and messages Patrick an Tony showed up. Patrick did a great job outlining the plan to get hot water flowing. I must say the plan included a lot of plumbing jargon I didn’t fully understand, but after a reasonable time all started returning to normal. Patrick took care of the customer, my wife and I, and represented Olson well. Thank you.
