I went in today for the first time after the person I normally go to didn't have any availability. I happened to drive by Pro Nails and gave them a call to see what their availability looked like. They got me in RIGHT away and were SUPER nice. Tina did my pedicure and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be going back.
I was referred to by my friend and went on a Monday afternoon. It's in the same plaza as the Chicken Masion on PCH and Ocean with plenty of parking. If you can't find any, try Ocean.
Upon walking in, no one greeted me lol. There was a woman who saw me but she just looked at me and walked away. There were only three other people in the place. Then someone who was working saw me, greeted me, and told the rude lady that she would be working with me.

Friendly and exceptional service in a clean, cute, modern salon. They did a great job and actually did exactly what I wanted with a smile. No pressure to upgrade or snobby attitudes. If you want your $ worth, come here!
