He met with my husband and told him how to patch the area. He also gave him some material to use and told him where to get more. He could have easily given us a quote for the job, but instead he was kind and forthright. He sent me step by step instructions for my husband to follow. He also explained water flow and how to tell exactly where the leak is occurring. I appreciate him so much for being a helping person. We will need our shake roof replaced and I know whom I will be calling. Based on his integrity and photos of the roofs he has completed, I would highly recommend Cesar and his company. “We have used Navarro Roofing multiple times over the past few years for rentals and multiple different roofing needs at different properties. John is a very honest man who does great work. He's fair with his pricing. We've never had issues. We highly recommend using him. Note: As far as the bad reviews. I'll just say this ... We have never had those experiences and it's sometimes hard to find employees with the same work ethic and care that you have. I'm positive if given the chance John would remedy any reasonable issues that needed to be addressed.”
