I brought my cousin Darcelle Jones in for examination. You guys were very attentive even though we’re a little late we got lost but however, you called to see if we were on our way and direct me how to get there. That’s what good excellent customer service is all about service and serving. Thank you so much for accommodating my cousin me and my mom.

When I arrived they saw me right away. I only had to wait for a few minutes. The waiting area is comfortable though, if you do have to wait. They also sanitized the test equipment before they called me over to be tested.

Staff was very welcoming. My appointment was on time. I love the waiting area, very comfy. They helped me choose my eyeglasses. They were very up front with costs. I highly recommend.
