2026-3-17 Update to my original review: Back in for my annual vision check-up, Nicole was absolutely fantastic to work with. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and very efficient. She is an asset to the company and should be recognized as such!
At 3:15 in the afternoon, I broke my glasses. At 3:30 I arrived at the Temecula Wal-Mart Vision Center. I was greeted with a smile and shown the exact pair of glasses that I had stepped on and was able to have my lenses replaced in the new frames and be out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Laura could not have been more helpful! I needed a repair on a nose pad and she immediately knew what tool to use and was able to fix the nose pad without having to replace it. I had been to three other optometrist offices and they all claimed they couldn’t help me. I am so pleased with Walmart’s customer service that I’m buying my next pair of glasses there!
