For several years, I've been a loyal patron of Ocean Park Optometry, and without a doubt, they are exceptional. The office maintains a pristine environment, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Appointments typically run on schedule, with a brief wait of around 5-10 minutes at most, which is commendable.Their dedication to follow-up care is truly remarkable. This practice is amazing! The entire process from the moment I checked in to the moment I left was better than most every medical practice I’ve been to. For starters, they were incredibly punctual - my appointment was at 3:30 and I was seen exactly on time. From there, there entire appointment felt so efficient yet never rushed. Dr Klaus was knowledgeable and trustworthy. They had my year’s supply of contacts on-hand AND did nearly everything involved with submitting for the rebate (neither of which I’ve ever had from my other optometrist). Every team member of Ocean Park Optometry was super friendly and personable and though I was a new patient I immediately got treated like a valued customer/patient. Excellent customer service. Klaus Ito - O.D. was fantastic and super personable as well! He noticed/caught something of concern in the back of my eye and recommended me to a specialist (who commented on how they were impressed that Klaus - O.D had caught the concern) and I’ve already had the issue addressed to avoid further damage/concern. I was extremely happy with my experience and look forward to being a continued patient.
