When I went into the lobby, the person checking me in at the front desk, Steven I believe his name was, was extremely kind and helpful. The nurse that escorted me to the back made me feel like they enjoyed the service they provided, and was happy to be working there. Then the most amazing part was the PA providing my care, she was knowledgeable, caring, engaging, and had a down to earth personality. The overall visit was impeccable..”

“I had a great experience here! They are so attentive and well mannered. My injector was polite and answered all my questions. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and the front girls were sweethearts. The Botox was amazing, I didn’t feel any pain and they gave me points for my next visits. I had asked about CoolSculpting and I already scheduled my appointment for that in 2 weeks. You won’t be able to find another Med Spa that is well mannered with good pricing. I did not feel upsold at all and if anything, the Groupon price was matched (which was low). I added fillers during the same appointment and I look more refreshed. I will definitely be coming back!”
“Ever since COVID TeleHealth has been good enough for me. But recently had to go into the office. I booked with Brandon Leon PA since my Primary was not available. Even being in Healthcare I didn't realize my lack of self-care when Brandon mentioned "its been 5 years, no blood work". Brandon listened attentively while I expressed my health issues. I was impressed of his knowledge on Women's health and how I should proceed in keeping up with my well being. He was also quick to make sure I was aware of the good and the ugly lab results that followed through the next day. Brandon is a pro at what he does and it was such a pleasure to have met him. I have the utmost gratitude for Brandon and hope he continues to make an impact on others. Glad he joined team Northridge. “The 5-star is for Martha at the front desk. Every time I come into clinic, either for appointment or for any info, she is always so nice and professional. Today, while waiting for an insurance document that Martha was so kind to do print out for me, another patient approached her. Martha was by herself at front desk and finishing up with me, and this patient was just so rude and disrespectful to her. Martha did not miss a beat, finished printing my paper and was so nice to the rude patient. She was able to keep a smile on, even when the patient was so disrespectful to her. Tbh, no one deserves to be disrespected , especially at a place where we go for medical attention. My PCP Elizabeth Garcia is phenomenal. She shows empathy, is caring, professional, but easy to talk to. I'm so happy she is my PCP”
