My first time at this facility was quite wonderful. From the parking area I was not sure where to go, I was given direction from a kind kaiser Md, who was walking in the area. When I went into the lobby, the person checking me in at the front desk, Steven I believe his name was, was extremely kind and helpful. The nurse that escorted me to the back made me feel like they enjoyed the service they provided, and was happy to be working there. Then the most amazing part was the PA providing my care, she was knowledgeable, caring, engaging, and had a down to earth personality. The overall visit was impeccable..
The check in was very quick and the wait was not long when they called my name. Got me in and immediately took my weight and temperature. Soon after, my blood pressure was taken. Shortly thereafter I was escorted to the examination room and the examination was completed. Dr. Singh was very professional and thorough as usual. Looking forward to my next appointment.
It is always nice going in to my apartment because all the nurses are very polite and treat me with the best possible care. Courtney Wolfenstein and Fernando are excellent nurses and human beings.
