“My first time at this facility was quite wonderful. From the parking area I was not sure where to go, I was given direction from a kind kaiser Md, who was walking in the area. When I went into the lobby, the person checking me in at the front desk, Steven I believe his name was, was extremely kind and helpful. The nurse that escorted me to the back made me feel like they enjoyed the service they provided, and was happy to be working there. Then the most amazing part was the PA providing my care, she was knowledgeable, caring, engaging, and had a down to earth personality. The overall visit was impeccable..”
