I had such a wonderful experience at ST Med Spa today, and I have to give a special shoutout to Nicolette at the front desk! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made my Botox appointment feel so smooth and easy, and her warm personality really made a difference in my overall experience.
Nicolette was so attentive and made me feel genuinely taken care of. She’s the kind of person who makes you excited to come back, not only because of the amazing experience, but because you know you’ll be welcomed with the same kindness every time. Honestly, having someone like Nicolette assisting me definitely makes me want to come back… read full review
Cynthia and the girl at the front desk were so accommodating and welcoming. This was my first time doing micro-needling procedure and everything went so well from how informative everyone was to making sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend coming here.
