“The 5-star is for Martha at the front desk. Every time I come into clinic, either for appointment or for any info, she is always so nice and professional. Today, while waiting for an insurance document that Martha was so kind to do print out for me, another patient approached her. Martha was by herself at front desk and finishing up with me, and this patient was just so rude and disrespectful to her. Martha did not miss a beat, finished printing my paper and was so nice to the rude patient. She was able to keep a smile on, even when the patient was so disrespectful to her. Tbh, no one deserves to be disrespected , especially at a place where we go for medical attention. My PCP Elizabeth Garcia is phenomenal. She shows empathy, is caring, professional, but easy to talk to. I'm so happy she is my PCP”
