Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Considering it's the middle of summer, I'm super grateful that things moved so smoothly.I thank Steve for his great communication and hard work in the heat all day Saturday! I learned that a lot of companies say "24 hours", but they're not serious about it. SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company. They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away. It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business.
