I had a small leak at the base of my toilet. Again, I assumed it was going to be an easy fix. Turns out it was not. Bill was able to quickly assess the situation, order the parts, and fix the problem. He was also able to replace the toilet with a newer more efficient model. All this in the span of 2 days. You obviously never look forward situations like this but Bill's expertise makes me feel confident that anytime he's involved, the work is always going to be top notch.

I have used Bill twice to handle emergencies at my rentals. Both times he responded quickly, handled the problems efficiently and to conclusion. He was super honest, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't even have to be there. He was very conscious of not bothering my tenants and kept me in the loop. I wish I would have met him a long time ago, he would have made my prior plumbing emergencies a lot easier! Thank you Bill!
