Where do I start? We worked with Eddy on a huge commercial mainline sewer issue. We had other bids but Eddy came out three times to make sure he felt comfortable taking on the job and even initially suggested if he could not do a good job to use another plumber. As a family run business, he has a wealth of knowledge and tapped into his dad and uncles to make sure he did the job right. It was more extensive than imaginable requiring digging out the cracked mainline through 3 different tenant units. Just relining the pipe would not have been successful. We chose Eddy as it was clear that he was honest and had integrity. He also was competitive with his bid. Unfortunately right after this mainline issue, we had another problem with a slab leak at another location. Eddy returned my call quickly and was able to come out with his kind uncle a few days later. They found the leak after digging about 6 feet. His uncle was also very knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things about TP Rooter. Our family has found our reliable, honest go to plumber!
It doesn't feel great when you kitchen drain backs up and now you have to deal with, but I have my go to guys at TP Rooter to help me out. This was probably my 3rd time calling them for various drain needs and it's always good to see a friendly, familiar face in your time of need. When I saw our kitchen pipe backing up, I didn't even hesitate to call Eddie again. He was out in a jiffy and had several options about how to handle the situation. As usual he was upfront, polite and knowledgeable. Our home was long over due for a big pipe clean so my suggestion to you is have your pipes cleaned out regularly. You can decide what that looks like but do it and keep good care of your home!
