“Our front door knob is pretty old and we thought the latch was broken when the knob doesn't turn. We called Bravo Locksmith on a Sunday and Alex came out in 20mins (eta was 25min) and helped us open the door within minutes. Turned out it was the key copies from Home Depot that was bad. He made 2 extra keys for us and make sure they work.He shared the price with us upfront before he performed work. Price was standard as we had other locksmiths before. “We needed to change the original mount that came with our LG TV and found that one of the screw heads was damaged and required specialized tools for removal. We did not want to DIY this in case we damaged the TV. We called best1 for help and they offered to fix it for a very reasonable price of 35$ if we brought it in. They also offered to do an in home service for an additional 100$. We ended up taking the TV to the shop for repair and the job was completed very quickly.“

“This place exists only in the Twilight Zone. I walked inside one random morning and met an old man who helped me make three keys--in and out, easy peasy. I had one extra key I forgot to bring, and went home to get it. When I returned the store was closed and empty. But inside on the store wall was a 1921 photograph showing the old man in the same appearance with other customer's inside the store.“
