Sweet guy. Old fashioned locksmith type place. Had him make me an extra house key. He was pretty quick, professional, and the key worked great. He did mention he comes in early and leaves early on Tuesdays.

I just needed to get my car key duplicated and found Key Factory in Milpitas. I used to live around the corner years ago but didn't know about it, and they've apparently been there for 45 years! Brian (the owner) was very knowledgeable about car keys, and I had a pleasant conversation with him while he was cutting the key. He even double checked that the new key works with the car lock. I would definitely be coming back for all future key needs!

If you ever need locksmith services for your car, home, or office, PLEASE go to The Key Factory in Milpitas. Brian the owner is VERY skilled and pleasant to deal with, not to mention that he charges reasonable fees and he never tries to take advantage of you. I live 10 miles away but I always rely on him. Brian has been in business at the same location for 40+ years, he is a Master Locksmith and can even deal with locks and keys made in other countries (blanks for those are hard to find, few locksmiths have them but Brian has adapted US-made blanks to help the customer). The Bay Area is lucky to have craftsmen like Brian to run to.
