Vahan came to give us an estimate and knew exactly what was going on with our floors, which included an unlevel floor due to a previous addition added onto the house. He was on time and discussed various options we could take and how complicated and expensive they would be, and ultimately helped us choose the right option. We were also really happy with the installation team, led by Hector, who were quick, professional and precise. “I learned the hard way to not use a wheeled chair on our Luxury Vinyl Plant flooring in the kitchen. The flooring ended up getting torn up and needed to be replaced. I called around, and most flooring companies said the area to replace the flooring was too small an area for them, they had a minimum size they work with and my kitchen floor was just too small for them. My neighbor found Dan D Flooring and and I had Raul come over to see what can be done. He said they can do it and e-mailed me a quote. Raul didn't bring any samples, so a few days later I went to the office to bring some home. I chose a color and a date for installation. Raul had two installers came and install the flooring. Raul had to complete one of the parts of the floor at a later date, and when all was done, the floor ended up looking really good. I have a new kitchen floor that is not torn up anymore. Highly recommend.“

I went to their show room picked out a carpet and Mike gave me a few samples to take home to see if I liked them better and take a couple of days to be sure of the color before he came out to measure. “I had a unique job and Harry and his team did a very nice job for me. I had underfloor heating installed on top of a concrete slab, with cherry wood floors on top. The work was well done and we are happy with the results. Heated floors are a nice luxury! The job took a bit longer than expected as we had delays due to "atmospheric rivers" of rain that made it hard for the guys to work. They need to cut the flooring outside, which we appreciate as it keeps the dust down. In general the crew was neat and clean, taking shoes off in the house and putting down plastic to protect our rugs and carpets between the front door and the work site, and sweeping / vacuuming at the end of each work day.“
