“I needed to add new countertops and backsplash to my outdated kitchen and I knew this was going to be an enormous project so I did my due diligence and got 6 different quotes. The cost range wasn't to wide, but I knew for a job like this, quality over expense was the priority. Carlos at C-Bek Tile and Stone made my decision a no brainer. I spoke to Carlos many, many times about this project. In fact, when I sent him a message through Yelp on a Sunday before I had picked a contractor, he immediately called me to discuss my questions. Right then and there I knew this was the team to go with. Carlos was always available to talk. I sent him pictures, Home Depot links for tile, grout and Schluter evaluations and he always responded thoroughly and promptly. I dealt w/his team, including both of his sons and they were all courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A project of this size and complexity needs an expert hand, and this being my first remodel of this kind, Carlos held my hand throughout the entire process. Nothing I needed wasn't addressed or resolved. Do yourself a favor. If you're contemplating a contractor to this job for you, just go with C-Bek Tile and Stone. It will always be the right choice.“
