“I found Derek of Lashmet Tile on a referral service (Networx) and couldn't be happier. He gave me a very competitive price on my porcelain tile kitchen floor. He neatly removed the old travertine, found another layer of vinyl, removed that, fixed the water valve behind the fridge and managed to get rid of an old threshold I hated by evening out the laminate edge and tiling neatly up to it without a big bump. He was fair in his pricing, thoughtful about job details, punctual and used a Covid mask appropriately. He was also neat on the job site -- tidying up nicely afterward. 100% would recommend.“
“I needed to add new countertops and backsplash to my outdated kitchen and I knew this was going to be an enormous project so I did my due diligence and got 6 different quotes. The cost range wasn't to wide, but I knew for a job like this, quality over expense was the priority. Carlos at C-Bek Tile and Stone made my decision a no brainer. I spoke to Carlos many, many times about this project. In fact, when I sent him a message through Yelp on a Sunday before I had picked a contractor, he immediately called me to discuss my questions. Right then and there I knew this was the team to go with. Carlos was always available to talk. I sent him pictures, Home Depot links for tile, grout and Schluter evaluations and he always responded thoroughly and promptly. I dealt w/his team, including both of his sons and they were all courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A project of this size and complexity needs an expert hand, and this being my first remodel of this kind, Carlos held my hand throughout the entire process. Nothing I needed wasn't addressed or resolved. Do yourself a favor. If you're contemplating a contractor to this job for you, just go with C-Bek Tile and Stone. It will always be the right choice.“

“Marcos and his team are excellent professionals. The estimate and available options were clear and accurate.My floors hadn't been finished in 40 or 50 years, and the varnish had worn through in a few places, with some gapping and discoloration from water damage. Marcos was able to even it up quite a bit to make those spots much less noticeable. He warned that the floor had been sanded probably a few times previous, and this was the last sanding it could take.I appreciated that he was attuned to the vintage character of my 1937 house, and didn't try to up-sell me into replacing or "updating" anything!We are very very pleased with the results. Karen, who said she's been in this business for decades, asked us to pick out 3 of our favorites, and then she would give us her suggestions. We picked out three, and then she helped us with her suggestions of the very best -- and she was right! We went with her suggestion, and our carpets have come out amazing -- kids lie down on the carpet because of how soft it is. We will work with Karen again for the guest bedroom in the near future.“

“Had an amazing experience at Empire. Drove 3 hours to get here because there are unfortunately no competent truckmount mechanics where I live. Mitch the owner is professional and helpful. I needed a TON of overdue service on my unit. Tim, the service manager is the best around. He knows his stuff like no one else! They worked late into the day, but despite their best efforts could not complete my long list of items to repair. Since they knew I was staying in a hotel, Tim and another tech came in unscheduled on Saturday to finish the job and get me home and back to work. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Empire!!!“

“Angels Hardwood Flooring did an absolute beautiful job! We recently remodeled our kitchen, and I wanted the hardwood flooring to match the rest of the flooring throughout the house. The living area was in bad shape, and we had to remove a pretty big section to into install a new beam In the kitchen they removed the original linoleum flooring back from the 60's, and also helped me out and replaced the sub floor in my laundry area, that my contractor had ripped out. For our entire remodel project, I have to say the flooring is one of my favorite parts, it's brings me joy to see the hardwood restored so beautifully throughout my space. I can't wait to have them back to refinish the rest of my house.“

“This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.“
